I ordered two soft close dampers for kitchen cabinets. They promptly arrived the day after, as promised. Sadly, one was damaged and unusable. It appeared, to me, the damage had occurred during transit. I contacted SDS to report the issue and they happily and quickly sent out a replacement to me. Impeccable customer service, in my view.
